Description/Job Summary
This is a Night Shift Team Leader/Supervisor position.
The purpose of a Team Leader is to handle the day-to-say supervision of 1st process associates to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, and for promoting and maintaining positive working relationships
within the production group.

Position Responsibilities:
+ Train, direct, and develop subordinates to meet operating, safety and quality requirements within the department/area.
+ Supervises production staff to ensure product quality and integrity, and ensures all finished product meet or exceeds customer requirements.
+ Creates and maintains an environment that is conducive to retaining associates. Consistently administers company policies and procedures.
+ Support and promote the company?s annual People, Products, and Profitability goals through effective and efficient planning, communication, coaching, training, and overall direction of the workforce.
+ Create and implements, with management approval, new ideas and methods to improve production efficiencies, CSI, SI, and Safety Scorecard.
+ Support the 3P?s. People - Turnover, Safety, Associate Engagement; Product ? Quality and consistency of products; Profitability ? Contributes to achievement of Key Initiatives.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate must be computer literate with skill in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
Five (5) years of prior and related poultry experience preferred.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in poultry.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or related discipline preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
