The Richmond County Health Department is recruiting full time Social Worker II.
Main duties will include Care Management for the Care Management for At Risk Children (CMARC) program.
This position provides service to children who are or are at risk for developmental delays, developmental disabilities, chorionic illness, or social-emotional disorders and their families to help assure that these children have maximum opportunity to reach their developmental potential.
The Care Manager assists families, identify and access preventive specialized and support services for themselves and their children, develop skills needed for effectively solving problems, and make decisions and manage the human service system.
Minimum education and experience required:
Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in social work from a council on Social Work Education accredited social work degree program.
Selection Process:
Selection procedures will include review of all applications and interviews for the most qualified candidates.
Reference checks will be conducted on the top candidate(s).

Salary Range:
