Duties - Set up and operate machines such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, and CNC machines - Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly - Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition - Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make improvements to the production process - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations - Experience with precision measuring instruments and reading blueprints - Proficiency in operating milling machines, lathes, grinders, CNC machines, or similar equipment.
