Analyzes trends in key performance indicators including revenue, expenses, capital expenditures and operational statistics.
Highlights trends and investigates root cause variance analysis Profitability analysis.
Prepare & record assets, liabilities, revenue, & expense entries by compiling & analyzing account Information.
Help prepare a trial balance.
Reconcile sub-ledge to general ledger account balances Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) Support financial audits and tax return preparation Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related duties as needed.
Assists with the annual budget and 5-year plan process.
Quality of earnings analysis Participates in special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - advanced Excel skills Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Desire to help automate, streamline, and document processes.
Partnering with functional groups at all levels of the organization.
Analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, communication skills, and personal commitment to quality.
Organized, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work independently with tight deadlines.
Must have strong analysis and reporting skills.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance 3
years' experience 2
years of GAAP experience Analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, communication skills, and personal commitment to quality.
